Located in Houston’s Uptown, The Butcher’s Grille offers a fresh take on classic dishes by combining traditional Lebanese recipes with a modern American grillhouse twist. From the moment our food hit the table, we knew we were in for something special. Everything was beautifully plated, and we loved the seasoning on the perfectly tender meats.

We kicked things off with the Beef & Chicken Shawarma Eggrolls, which were crispy on the outside and loaded with beef and chicken shawarma on the inside. We love a good fusion, and this one was addictively good. Right alongside, the Halloumi Sticks were a standout. They were cheesy with a hint of sweetness.

For mains, the Grand Skewer Plate is an absolute must for meat lovers. This hearty platter comes with a variety of perfectly cooked skewers, from juicy lamb and beef to tender chicken. Each cut is marinated and grilled to perfection, served with a generous spread of dips, rice, and warm bread. If you’re looking for something more traditional, the Stuffed Grape Leaves are a classic that doesn’t miss.
