When we stopped by on a weekday morning, the place was buzzing with customers coming in for their viral stuffed conchas. These aren’t your typical conchas; each one is filled with rich, flavorful fillings and designed around a rotating monthly theme that keeps things fresh and fun.
August’s menu was all about tropical inspiration, featuring turtle-shaped guava conchas, coconut-filled conchas, banana pan dulce, peach and cinnamon rolls, and piña colada empanadas. Every pastry looks almost too good to eat—almost. The bakery also experiments with new creations often, like their take on the viral fruit mousse cakes, which have come in flavors such as pistachio, coconut, and apple.
