Craft Pita, one of Houston’s go-to spots for fresh and flavorful Mediterranean food, has officially expanded into dinner service. Now open Friday through Sunday evenings for full-service dinners, the restaurant is giving fans even more reason to stop by for their signature bowls, shawarmas, and famously juicy rotisserie chicken.

We’ve always loved Craft Pita for its balance of quality and simplicity. Each dish is thoughtfully made, healthy, and packed with authentic flavor. Plus, the new dinner hours create the perfect setting for a relaxed sit-down meal, whether you’re dining with family or catching up with friends.

If it’s your first visit, we recommend the family meal. It's the best way to experience the menu, without breaking the bank. Ranging from $45 to $65, it includes a main of your choice along with fattoush salad, rice pilaf, hummus, pita bread, and their signature sauce. It’s generous, sharable, and perfect for an easy, delicious dinner.

Their rotisserie chicken remains a standout—perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender—but the new Toum Chicken Caesar Wrap is quickly becoming a favorite of ours. It’s a clever blend of Mediterranean and classic Caesar flavors, all tied together with their signature toum sauce. We absolutely devoured it!

To round out the experience, Craft Pita also offers Lebanese wines by the bottle for $32, and the entire food menu (excluding wine) is fully halal! Definitely add this one to your list of restaurants to try if you haven't been already. We can almost guarantee that it'll work its way into your regular rotation!
