Kaffeinated Crepes & Coffee just opened across from Baybrook Mall, and even though it was a bit of a drive for us, we’d gladly make the trip again! Originally from San Antonio, this is their third location– and they’ve brought with them an irresistible combo of elevated café vibes, high-quality desserts, and a brunch menu that checks all the boxes!

The interior is made for brunch photos—with a flower-lined feature wall, a faux tree arching over the tables, and beautifully plated, Instagram-worthy dishes to match. The menu features a mix of sweet and savory crepes, brunch plates, and a full lineup of coffee and tea drinks. Their desserts are made with authentic Belgian chocolate, which gives everything a decadent, velvety richness without being overpoweringly sweet. You’ll finish your plate—and probably think about ordering another.

If you’re stopping by for the first time, a few standouts on the menu include the S’mores Waffle, which is every bit as gooey and indulgent as it sounds, and the Pistachio Waffle, which is a flavor we can’t say no to. 

Not big on sweets? Don’t worry—they’ve got you covered, too! Kaffeinated offers a solid lineup of savory options that are just as satisfying. We recommend the Smoked Salmon Toast or Turkey Delight Omelette!

And let’s not skip the drinks. The Lotus Milkshake is a must-try if you want something fun and a little over the top, while their coffee and tea selections offer solid classics and seasonal specials.

It’s exciting to see a spot with this much personality land in the Houston area. This new Baybrook gem is absolutely worth a visit, especially for a cute brunch meetup with friends!
