Medium Rare has made its name on one thing: steak frites. That’s it. No fluff, no overly complicated menus—just solid steak, crisp fries, and their signature house sauce served as a double portion for $32.95. But while dinner keeps it minimal and classic, brunch is where things get fun!

Their $34.95 all-inclusive brunch is easily one of Houston’s best bottomless deals. You get bottomless: mimosas, Bloody Marys, screwdrivers, coffee, orange juice, and sodas—plus a starter, entrée, and warm rustic bread!

The brunch starts with a choice of parfait, fruit salad, or mixed greens, followed by one of five entrees. We tried the French Toast with sausage, Eggs Benedict, and Steak & Eggs. The French Toast had the perfect crisp edges and just the right amount of sweetness, and the Eggs Benedict well-balanced and generously portioned.

While dinner leans traditional, brunch feels more playful. The setting is still casual and classic, but the flowing drinks and multiple course structure make it ideal for birthdays, catch-ups, or a low-stress weekend ritual. If you're vegetarian or just not in the mood for meat, they also offer a vegan portobello option with their signature fries.
