1891 American Eatery is your newest neighborhood eatery and bar in the Heights! It’s cozy, it’s laidback, and it’s great for the whole family. Whether you’re looking to watch the game, have a casual dinner, or a lazy weekend brunch, this is a solid spot for all of the above.
On the menu, you’ll find a lot of American classics, as well as some familiar favorites with a modern twist. For brunch, we tried and recommend the Korean BBQ Fried Cauliflower, Hot Honey Pork Ribs, Concha French Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Short Rib Hash, and Breakfast Burger. Everything was truly delicious — we couldn’t stop eating everything!
