The Chelsea is a new stunning bistro and bar located in Montrose Collective, offering a seasonal New American menu with French, Latin, and Asian influences. They’re open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and they also have an excellent happy hour Monday-Friday 3-6pm and Sunday 4-6pm, featuring half off house martinis and wines, $9 specialty cocktails, $8 call cocktails, and $14 & under bites!
We tried a variety off their menu, and everything was fantastic, including their cocktails! We tried and enjoyed the Charred Octopus, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Oysters Riviera, Truffle Chicken, Chelsea Brasserie Burger, Calamari and Steak Frites.
Whether you’re looking to impress for a business lunch or date night, The Chelsea definitely ticks all the right boxes.
