Uchiko has officially landed in Houston! This is the sister restaurant of Uchi, also originally from Austin. BUT if you've been to the Austin location, our new Houston location has a significant amount of original dishes that you're going to want to give a try! If you're wondering what the different is between Uchiko and Uchi, you'll find similar fresh and acidic dishes you've come to love at Uchi, but at Uchiko, they emphasize robust and bold flavors and highlight the use of fire and smoke in the preparation.
