Welcome to the new Katami in Montrose! Sister restaurant to the esteemed Kata Robata, this new destination for sushi, wagyu, and sake is nothing short of phenomenal.
We’ve already gone a couple of times since they opened and our favorites so far include: Hamachi Yuzu, Madai Carpaccio, Shabu Style Kagoshima Wagyu, Tataki Style Olive Wagyu, O-Toro and Uni Nigiri, Mushroom Rice Hot Stone, and Katami Salad! You can’t go wrong with any of the anice. Oh and absolutely don’t skip dessert — get the Apple Caramel Bread Pudding. For cocktails, try the Okinawa Swizzle, Shiso Side, or Smoked Plum Sidecar.
