Churrasco Food Truck is now offering this one-of-a-kind experience featuring charcoal-grilled meats served on sizzling parilladas! This is a hidden gem, emphasis on the *HIDDEN*, because it is by reservation only, upon which the location will be unveiled (but don’t worry, it’s only about 10-15 minutes outside of downtown).
Each parrillada (mini grill) serves 2 people and comes with popular meat cuts, 4 side dishes (beans, rice, salad, and fries), and 2 different sauces (chimichurri and vinaigrette). And y’all, everything from the meats to the sides was insanely delicious. We especially loved the smoky flavor of the grilled meats!
